By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Summit Peptides Canada are strictly for in vitro (laboratory) and research purposes only.
By purchasing from our Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or any form of in vivo use;
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition;
- Products are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for human use;
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes;
- You assume full and sole responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of any products purchased.
Summit Peptides Canada disclaims all liability for any use of products outside of stated laboratory research purposes.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.
Our Site is not directed to minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has made a purchase through our Site, please contact us immediately at info@summitpeptidescanada.com.
4. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- The payment information you provide is accurate and complete;
- You authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your payment method.
In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be successfully processed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address. We are not liable for undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals requiring controlled storage conditions), all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@summitpeptidescanada.com with your order number and supporting photographs. We will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Summit Peptides Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Peptides Canada, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any:

- Damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products outside of stated research purposes;
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes not resolved by arbitration.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Summit Peptides Canada with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
